4.How to wash your headwraps?
If you are wearing headwrap for the first time, you may wonder how to care for it and wash it. Headwraps often requires special care to ensure that your wraps stay looking great. Here are some quick and easy tips on how to care for your headwraps!
There are 2 ways for reference to wash your headwraps:
washing machine :
When washing your headwraps in your washing machine, always use cold water. Select your machine's delicate cycle when washing your headwraps. To dry, shape your hats on a towel and allow them to air dry. Putting headwraps with elastic in the dryer can dry out the elastic, causing it to break. Do not bleach your headwear.
Hand washing :
Use cold water and a gentle fabric softener to wash your headwear, rubbing it gently in the solution. Then once clean, either put it on a rack dryer or place it onto a towel and allow it to air dry. This will ensure you don’t get any heat damage and it will help your headwraps stay in great condition for as long as possible.
5.How long does it take to ship out my order and how long does delivery take?
We typically ship out all orders within 1-2 business days unless it's a pre-order. Delivery date depends on your location and shipping method. At most, it can take 12-15 business days within the U.S and 2-3 weeks outside the U.S.
6. Do you allow Returns and Exchanges?
Yes, we allow the return and exchange of unworn and unwashed items if we receive them within 14 days after it was delivered to you.
7. Do you do custom orders?
We do not currently do custom orders. We currently only sell ready-made HeadWrap listed on our website.
8. Do you restock sold out items?
We are always updating our inventory with new styles and occasional may restock sold out items. If you are interested in purchasing an item that's currently unavailable, please contact us at email@example.com and we will advise you if an item will be restocked or discontinued. If the item will be restocked we'll provide you with the estimated arrival time frame.
9. How quickly do you respond to emails? Do you have weekend hours?
We generally respond within 24 hrs during our regular office hours which are Monday- Friday, 9am-5pm EST. Customer Service is currently not available on Saturdays and Sundays.
10. Do you restock limited print items?
Once our limited print items are out of stock, they will not be reproduced. So, make sure to get it before it’s sold out!
